Pricing and Turnaround
As everyone has their own favourite character and cosplay style, I will produce unique artwork for you. This means I have no standard prices but will start at £20 for one portrait in a simple costume with a plain background. The final total will depend on the further level of detail, type of background and number of characters you want to include. I work on the basis of £10 an hour to produce the work.
I can just provide a digital image or the final product, for example, on a canvas or as a poster, it’s up to you.
Once I know what you want then I will work out a price, or you can give me a budget and I can tailor the work to fit the price – or a bit of both! I am very flexible and just want to make sure you are happy with the finished product.
The easiest way for me to provide a quotation is for you to send a photograph of yourself in a costume or just a regular photograph with the name of the cosplay character you would like me to draw you in. Alternatively, send me the genre you want me to create you in and, if appropriate, or the characters with whom you want to feature in the image. Then give me a brief description of the sort of setting you would like me to use. You can see some examples in the gallery section or come up with your own concept.
My turnaround time will depend on how busy I am, how big the job is and how urgently you need it. My aim is to complete your artwork in a week or 2 but I can prioritise urgent deadlines. Canvases and other products may take longer as this depends on other suppliers.

Terms & Conditions for Bespoke Orders
In order to make sure you are happy with the process for your order with me. Here’s how things will go:
- Agree concept of design and timeframe
- Payment of 25% of the cost of the design on the agreed date for me to start work on it
- First draft produced within 1 week of initial payment. The draft image will be protected by a watermark.
- Approval of draft and any adjustments agreed
- Final draft within 1 week of draft feedback
- Approval of final draft and balance of design cost paid + full cost of products ordered
- Final version of design released without watermark
- Products with design on ordered and delivered within 7 working days.
- Payments to be made via a secure paypal email link
